I consult with homeowners, investors, other real estate agents, and most anyone looking to discover the "true" value of their property. I teach classes on appraising and valuing property in my "free" time.
I am able to discover and show what VA and FHA appraisal conditions may arise with a home prior to the sale and offer expert measuring services so we know exactly what we are selling or buying prior to the listing or acceptance of the contract.
